About The Position

We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to be responsible for the expansion of our customer base by converting leads into opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in b2b tech sales. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation of the service with a results-driven approach.

Your overarching goal is to connect with prospects, help them to see the benefits of using MoneyDolly and help them get started with a MoneyDolly account so they can turn into long-term profitable relationships.


  • Set appointments to present services to prospective clients via a variety of communication tools (Text, Email, Phone, Zoom) and follow up regularly

  • Manage the sales cycle to convert leads to opportunities by way of creating a MoneyDolly account on a regular results driven basis via monthly KPIs


  • Proven experience as an SDR or something similar

  • Knowledge of the team fundraising industry is a plus

  • Excellent reliability, punctuality, organizational abilities, attention to detail

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • A business acumen

  • Enthusiastic and passionate

  • An self-starting, ambitious, goal-driven work ethic

  • Adaptability within a fast-paced tech company environment


  • Base: $40,000 - $45,000 (determined based on experience and qualifications)

  • Additional Commissions: $12,000+  Annually (Paid on a monthly basis)
